In order to complete a purchase with FANCY HOMEBODY you must agree to the following:

I understand and agree to all RETURN and SHIPPING policies

I understand FANCYHOMEBODY does not offer exchanges; select items are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY

I understand discount codes cannot be combined (includes auto discounts)

I understand SALE items cannot be returned

I understand FLASH SALE purchases are final and cannot be returned

I understand there are no price adjustments

I understand no changes can be made after order has been placed (size, color, style). Order errors result will result in order cancellation 

I understand order cancellation requests are only granted if sent within 24 hours of order placement

I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, FANCYHOMEBODY cannot change and this will result in order cancellation 

I understand order processing takes up to 7-10 business days before shipment. HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY (Nov 21-Dec31) allow up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment.

I understand FANCY HOMEBODY INC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Proof of claim filed with carrier required to receive refund.

I understand FANCYHOMEBODY INC. has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime. 

*Fancy Homebody has discretion to not reply to email inquires regarding any of the following points above after purchases are placed.  If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.*
