RETURN POLICY

RETURNING ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT

To initiate a return, click here. But first, please see policy below.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, initiate a return of the ELIGIBLE unworn items with attached tags to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return package MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds  - Store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use original FHB plastic packaging for your return. 

FINAL sale merchandise is indicated as such on their product information pages, and are ineligible for return.

SALE/FLASH SALE items are ineligible for return. 

IMPORTANT: Returns received without authorized approval from return portal above will not accepted nor re-shipped to sender. All returns must be APPROVED. 
Ineligible items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.

All returned items are inspected before an Store Credit/Refund can be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

       

        ORDER ISSUES: DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

        If there is an issue with an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service at info@fancyhomebody.com for authorization within 7 days after the package is received. 

        Deadlines: Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:

        • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
        • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
        • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
        • Missing Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

        Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.

        If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. 

         

        FHB ORDERS/PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

        Any FHB order/package that is returned to our location (including but not limited to due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost. 

         

        PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

        Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.

         

        CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY 

        No changes will be made to an order once placed, including but not limited to shipping or billing addresses, payment types, and adding or removing items from orders. Please ensure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items, and correct shipping and billing information.

        Order errors will result in cancellation. Contact FHB Customer Support to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled once processed for fulfillment or shipped.
