I selected the wrong size/color/style, can this be changed?

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items, as no changes can be made once an order has been placed. Order errors will result in cancellation. Contact FHB Customer Support to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled once processed for fulfillment or shipped. 

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, can this be changed?

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

No changes will be made to an order once placed, including but not limited to shipping or billing addresses, payment types, and adding or removing items from orders

You may request cancellation of the erroneous order within 24 hours of placing.

How long before my order ships?

We ask to allow up to 3-5 business days before shipment. 

We ask to allow up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. Holiday Shipping Period: November 21- December 31

An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section.

You may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond Fancy Homebody Inc's control. We appreciate your patience.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. See full policy here.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale items. These SALES ARE FINAL.

My tracking is saying my package is being returned to sender, can you ship back out?

Any oder that is returned to sender for any reason (including but not limited to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. In the instance of a "return to sender", the order amount, less shipping, will be refunded. 

What if I never received my item?

Fancy Homebody Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Read more...fancyhomebody.com/pages/delivery-issues

My package hasn't arrived yet, it shows it's still in transit?

Fancy Homebody Inc cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit with, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Fancy Homebody Inc does not file claims on customer's behalf. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

Are website colors accurate?

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. 

How do I care for my garments?

  • Reference product description for specific instructions as some items may be deemed dry clean only.
  • Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.
  • Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
  • Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.
  • If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.
