HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:

Holiday Shipping Period: November 25 - December 30, 2024

Allow an extended period of up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. 

Holiday timeframe for returns: Returns of eligible merchandise from orders placed Nov. 25-Dec. 30, 2024, must be received no later than 30 days from order delivery.

FHB is not liable for missing packages marked 'delivered' by the carrier. We recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim.

We do not reprocess or reship orders; customers are welcome to place a new order with the returned funds after a successful claim. 

PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE?

SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN SIX DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN. Still nothing? Contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and FANCY HOMEBODY, INC is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.
