Once an item has been shipped and you have specific questions regarding the arrival of your order, it's best to contact your local USPS office for any delivery updates. 

Post COVID-19, We ask to please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed UNLESS A SPECIFIC ESTIMATED SHIP DATE IS LISTED WITHIN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. After processing, all items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day. 

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section.

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Domestic Shipping. All loungewear orders are shipped 2 Day priority. IF YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

+ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and FANCY HOMEBODY, INC LLC is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.
