PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE?

SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN SIX DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN.

FHB is not liable for missing packages marked 'delivered' by the carrier. We recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim.

We do not reprocess or reship orders; customers are welcome to place a new order with the returned funds after a successful claim. 

 

FHB ORDERS/PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Any FHB order/package that is returned to our location (including but not limited to due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
