PRE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our store. By placing a Pre-order - you are ordering a product in advance of stock being received by Fancy Homebody Inc.

To place a PRE-ORDER, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

-- [ ] If you include a non-preorder item in your order, this item will NOT ship before the PREORDER item, all items in your order will ship together.
- [ ] If your address may change during that shipping time, please ship to an address that will securely receive your order.
- [ ] We can NOT make any address changes. An address change request will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
- [ ] We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers or incorrect zip codes. We have NO way to alter the address that you input.
- [ ] Please be sure that you want this order. Each set is being made specifically because YOU want and purchased it.
- [ ] There will be no refunds, no cancellations, no returns. No exchanges. No size changes. No quantity changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- [ ] If there is any type of shipping delay, you will be notified by the email on your order. If you never receive an email about a delay, there is no delay. There will be no reason to contact us for an update unless you have not received your order 5-7 business days AFTER August 12.

- [ ] You will receive your tracking number  via email once your order has shipped.
- [ ] If you place multiple orders, they will NOT ship together. Each order will be shipped in the order in which they were received.
- [ ] Placing of your order, is an agreement to these terms & conditions.
