SHIPPING POLICY:

Our first Popular Introvert release, available for preorder September 19–25, is currently estimated to ship by November 30, 2026. Please allow up to 10–12 weeks to receive your order.

If there is any type of shipping delay, you will be notified by the email on your order. If you never receive an email about a delay, there is no delay. There will be no reason to contact us for an update unless you have not received your order 5-7 business days AFTER posted date  

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 
If you place multiple orders, they will NOT ship together. Each order will be shipped in the order in which they were received.

Changes to shipping addresses or any other information will not be made once an order is placed. 

Please see your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Contact FHB customer service for assistance if there is no movement on your tracking after several business days.

FHB is not liable for missing packages marked 'delivered' by the carrier. We recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim.

We do not reprocess or reship orders; customers are welcome to place a new order with the returned funds after a successful claim. 

PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE?

SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN SIX DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN. Still nothing? Contact the carrier to file a claim.

FHB ORDERS/PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Any FHB order/package that is returned to our location (including but not limited to due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and FANCY HOMEBODY, INC is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.

UPDATE: As of June 18, 2026 we no longer ship internationally- we only ship to domestic U.S. addresses
